this is just a cheap interesting workflow-idea , if you have 0 maya knowledge , and think this is a magic button , please go use those magic softs...... its kind of tiring this social media jungle :) , trying to survive

-fastest easest safest way to make it work is reusing the yellow targe curves and move them to fit new targetHead, can rebuild curves to have less points and easier to edit….or create your own curves , use make live option to can draw curves on the surface , need be careful source and target curves same order in the outliner
If create new curves need be careful first point of each curve in the same place of the source curves to do not have reversed curves issues.
-besides the clusters moving the mask low poly head , you can move the vertex freely just to cover targetHead better.
-tricky parts are between lips , maybe you will need smooth that area and re model or use other metahead to catch that part using a blendshape
